The story of Bomonti
From Industrial Area to Skyscrapers
A century ago, Bomonti was an industrial neighborhood filled with factories and worker housing, shaped around Istanbul's first modern brewery.
Urban transformation, which began when factories were relocated outside the city, has replaced this area with massive towers, art galleries, and a fast-paced residential lifestyle.
Our aim is to present Bomonti not as a cold investment map, but as a living cultural hub with day and night activity, where historical texture reflects off glass towers.
